This one I made for another little person, Miles Peter. Though not yet a year old, this kid is always smiling.

I'm a big fan of Gwen Marson's Liberated Quiltmaking books, and this quilt grew from one of her designs ("Kathy's Block"). I tweaked it a bit by punctuating the corners of the blocks with canted blue triangles, and finished at home with good ole embroidery floss ties. I love the psychedelic jungle fabric back. It was a random vintage find, and so soft!
