I'm Betsy.

My Mom, Judy, is an amazing quilter. As far as I know, she has always sewed. When I was little, she made these amazing matching outfits for herself, my sister and I. She started quilting later on, when I was off at college - and about 15 years ago, I got a hankering to learn how myself. Together with my two oldest friends, the four of us made up a sewing club, and we got together once a week for almost two years, making skirts, dresses, and eventually - quilts.

I had no idea how much joy this quilting adventure would give me. In the last 15 years, I have spent my days doing education justice adult stuff - and at night and on weekends, I make these soft, bright things that I give to people I love.
