This soft, hand-quilted beauty is an original Betsymade design constructed from the baby clothes of a special little girl in my life.

 

The medallions throughout are fussy-cut around clothing elements I wanted to highlight (embroidered designs, graphics, pockets, etc.), and the rays are made almost entirely from pieces of clothing (with a few coordinating fabrics integrated in to make the design work). The borders and back are oh-so-soft flannel.
