Made in celebration of beloved family and their new little one, who joined the world healthy and miraculous, despite an extremely challenging time in utero, the Ilyas quilt is a Betsymade original design.

 

The foundation paper-pieced focal point block came to me in a dream deep in the middle of a dark winter - and the rest of the design grew from that center point. I quilted this one as well - love those swirls and wave shapes.
